By installing or using Foldly, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Foldly ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that adds folder organization to ChatGPT and Claude. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

2. Your responsibilities

• You agree to comply with the Terms of Service of ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic) while using Foldly alongside them.
• You will not use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

3. Plans & payments

Free: up to 3 folders, no payment required.

Lifetime: a one-time payment for perpetual access to Pro features. Non-refundable after 14 days.

Pro: a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Disclaimer

Foldly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic. "ChatGPT" and "Claude" are trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foldly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension, including any loss of data or chat organization.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
